I took my Lady out to have a look around Barnsley today and was struck by how little things have changed. The town centre is still bustling. The people are so friendly, you can relax in welcoming cafes The shops have pleasant staff on the whole. The market , although not as busy as it was, is still worth a visit. Where did it go so wrong in Rotherham?

I love to visit Banrsley on a sat afternoon, its a friendly place and the market is great.
