My oldest dog she is now 13 and will not stop crying unless i'm close by to her, she crys when i put her in the kitchen, she crys when she is with my partner, she walks round in a circle crying when people come to the house. I don't know if she can't be without me or she is ill?
What would you do?

Your poor lady. Mum had a dog who got to 14, from the age off about 12 he had to be near her or at least know where she was (not always easy as he was very very doddery). She took to putting an item of her (worn) clothing near him if she needed to go out etc. At night, he slept right next to her bed on a raised bed and had a night light on (camping lantern). Old age is the saddest things in dogs, they cant tell you where it hurts. She may be blind, or going blind, is very likely to be deaf and is struggling to maintain a constant in her life - you. You are obviously "hers". All I can advise is as I have done above, sadly it does not get any easier - and perhaps have less people that she does not know well around her and minimise upset to her that way too. Sorry its not more positive, hugs to her (and you).
